¡Become a volunteer in the first BirdFair in the land of Birds!
Benefits granted to the volunteers:
• Free registration to the Birdfair and attendance to the conferences.
• Certificate of participation in the Event.
• Official staff shirts.
• Transportation allowance up to $30.000 COP (about $15 US) and free meals.
Requisites to become a volunteer in Colombia Birdfair:
• Be over 18 years old or have legal age in your country.
• Have full time disposition during the (3) days of the Fair.
• Good English and Spanish levels.
The volunteers are expected to help in the logistical assistance of the event and the birdwatching tours in Cali and nearby areas. Also they should provide for their own hosting and for other incurred expenses during the three days of the birdfair.
Priority will be given to Cali citizens and its surrounding areas with experience in birdwatching, environmental education and/or event logistics management. The accepted volunteers will be notified in the first two weeks of January 2015.
